Tuna Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni (8 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 qt. boiling water
    1 c. sliced yellow squash
    1/2 c. cucumber, diced
    1/2 c. slivered red or green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna in water, drained
    1/3 c. reduced calorie Thousand Island salad dressing
Preparation
    Gradually add macaroni and salt to rapidly boiling water so that water continues to boil.
    Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally until tender.
    Drain in colander; rinse with cold water and drain again.
    While macaroni cooks, combine remaining ingredients except salad dressing in large bowl.
    Break tuna into small pieces with fork.
    Stir macaroni into tuna mixture.
    Add salad dressing and chill.
