Mother'S Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box lime jello
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small jar pimento
    1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water. Put into refrigerator until it starts to congeal.
    Beat with a mixer until frothy.
    Add remaining ingredients. Mold or put in Pyrex dish.
    Must be made the day before serving.
