Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Uncle Ben's rice, cook 20 minutes and drain
    2 c. sour cream
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, grated
    2 cans green chili peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. milk
    5 oz. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix sour cream with milk; add 1 1/2 cans chili pepper.
    Add rice and cheese to mixture.
    Put in a greased pan.
    Top with 1/2 can chili pepper and 5 ounces grated sharp cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
