Eloise'S Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 egg yolk
    pinch of salt
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Add egg yolk, flour and salt.
    Spread over 2 ungreased cookie sheets (will be spread very thin).
    Brush egg white on top of dough.
    Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
    Bake 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Cut into squares while hot.
