Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14.5 oz.) can Del Monte Italian style stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 small cloves garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Place tomatoes in blender.
    Cover and run on lowest speed for 2 seconds to chop tomatoes.
    Combine tomatoes with onion, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic and pepper sauce.
    Add additional pepper sauce if desired.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    Makes 2 cups.
