Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
1 medium chopped onion
1 small jar pimentos
parsley
onion salt
garlic salt
paprika
Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes; cut in large pieces and cook until tender. Drain well.
Melt margarine in pan and saute chopped onion.
Add to potatoes.
Add parsley, onion salt and garlic salt to taste and toss potatoes gently.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Slice Velveeta cheese paper thin and place on top of potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
