Stuffed Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    In
    medium
    saucepan,
    combine\twater, butter and salt. Slowly bring
    to boiling, stirring occasionally.\tRemove from heat; beat in
    flour.
    Return
    to
    low heat; continue beating until mixture forms a
    ball
    and\tleaves\tside of pan.
    Remove from heat.
    Add eggs,
    one at a time, beating until mixture is shiny.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls
    two inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in\t400\u00b0
    oven
    about
    20 minutes or until puffs are golden brown. Cool
    on
    wire
    rack.
    Makes
    6
    to 7 dozen puffs.
    (The puffs can be frozen and taken from freezer an hour before
    serving. Fill
    puffs
    just
    before serving to avoid soggy puffs.) Good.
