Corn Flake Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. Kellogg's corn flakes
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside.
Measure corn flakes and milk into large mixing bowl.
Stir to combine.
Let stand about 2 minutes, or until softened.
Add oil and egg; beat well.
Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
Grease pans with 12 muffin cups.
Pour batter evenly into them.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Serve warm.
