Hot And Sour Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium cabbage heads
12 hot peppers
15 green tomatoes

Preparation

Grind all of this and mix together.
Add canning salt to taste. Place in jars not too tight.
I use two piece lids; it won't seal but it will keep.
Store in dark place.
