Bacon, Mushroom Cheeseburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 grill
2 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. bacon
8 slices cheese
16 oz. jar mushroom gravy (beef, Heinz)
8 hamburger buns
salt and pepper
Preparation

First fry bacon on stove.
Fire the grill up.
Cook hamburger on grill (after pattied up).
Five minutes before hamburger is done, warm mushroom gravy up on stove.
When hamburgers are done, lay slices of cheese on them, then lay 2 to 3 half slices of bacon on them.
Spoon on mushroom gravy on top.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 8 people.
