Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    2 green peppers, diced
    2 onions, diced
    4 tomatoes, diced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 c. water
    8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    taco chips, crushed
    1 bottle Kraft Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add taco mix and 1 cup water. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    When ready to serve, combine lettuce, peppers, onions and tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese, taco chips and cooled meat mixture.
    Toss together with dressing.
    Serve immediately.
