Mexican Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 bean mix: black beans, red beans, Northern beans
1 lb. cooked sausage
1 large onion, chopped
4 oz. green chilies
16 oz. can tomatoes
garlic to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
chili powder to taste
water to cover
Preparation

Combine and cook in large soup pot.
Simmer 3 to 4 hours.
