Low-Fat Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna (packed in water)
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple in own juice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. real mayo
    2 medium tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes, in bowl.
    Make a tomato bowl by cutting through the tomato 3 times to the bottom core. Spread open the tomato; spoon in tuna salad.
    Serves 2.
    Serve with unsalted crackers.
