Fried Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 to 14 lb.) turkey
    cayenne pepper
    paprika
    seasoned salt
    Tony's Creole
    other seasonings (your favorite)
    35 lb. or 5 gal. peanut oil
Preparation
    Having thawed your turkey, remove all wrappings, neck and giblets.
    Cover the turkey, inside and out, with seasonings.
    Use paprika last.
    Place turkey in plastic bag and place in refrigerator overnight.
