Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
2 or 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Halve avocados; remove pits and scoop pulp into a bowl.
Add lemon juice, jalapeno, garlic, salt and pepper.
Mash coarsely with a fork.
Cover and refrigerate up to 3 hours.
