Sara Jane Gilliam'S Franks And Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Bryan jumbo franks
1 (16 oz.) can shredded sauerkraut, well drained
8 slices lean bacon
Preparation

Split franks lengthwise 2/3 deep.
Fill slit with sauerkraut. Spiral wrap each frank with 1 slice of bacon and secure with toothpick.
Grill or broil until bacon is well done.
