Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped water chestnuts
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients.
Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Top with crackers, which have been mixed with melted margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
