Warwick Molded Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 lb. can salmon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. heavy cream or sour cream
    1 1/2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 cucumber
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine milk and crumbs and cook until texture is smooth. Flake salmon; remove skin and bones.
    Combine milk mixture, salmon, eggs, salt and lemon juice and pour into an oiled loaf pan (approximately 5 x 9-inch).
    Place filled loaf pan in a larger pan of hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Unmold and serve with cucumber sauce.
