Cherry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant blending flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. liquid shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    chopped nuts
    cherries
Preparation
    Grease four No. 303 cans.
    In a large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients, except nuts and cherries.
    Spoon into cans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
