Easy Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add sugar, salt and oil.
Mix well. Add sifted flour to mixture and stir.
Put dough on floured surface and knead several times.
Roll out and cut into biscuits. Let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour in greased baking dish.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes about 10 biscuits.
