Stir-Fry Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
    2 Tbsp. oil
    chicken, cut in chunks
    1 pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables
Preparation
    In bowl, combine chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and orange peel.
    Blend and set aside.
