Mama Martin'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
With rotary mixer, blend sweet potatoes and margarine until smooth.
Beat in other ingredients.
Pour into 9-inch pie shell and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
