Sweet And Sour Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. diagonally sliced celery (1/2-inch thick)
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
    1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chicken broth or bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat margarine until foamy.
    Add celery and green pepper and cook until tender.
    Stir in tuna, pineapple, chicken broth or bouillon cube, vinegar, soy sauce and pepper.
    Heat thoroughly. Blend in a mixture of 2 tablespoons flour and 1/4 cup cold water. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
