Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 qt. nonfat dried milk (in pkg. or measure)
11 oz. jar Coffee-mate (any other nondairy creamer will do)
1 lb. box Nestle Quik
1/4 lb. box powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix by shaking up in a paper bag.
Add chocolate, if needed, or add sugar or sweetener.
Fill a cup about 1/3 to 1/2 full.
Add boiling water and stir.
May be warmed in microwavable cup.
