Crunchy Fish Fillets(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1/3 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. sliced almonds, chopped coarsely
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 lb. perch fillets
Preparation
    In glass pie plate, melt butter on High for 30 to 45 seconds; stir in lemon juice, parsley and tarragon.
    In another flat dish, combine corn flakes, almonds, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Coat fillets with seasoned butter, then crumb mixture.
    Arrange in cooking dish and cover with paper towel.
    Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes, turning every 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
