Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. fruit (canned or fresh with sugar added to suit taste)
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, flour and milk. Cut the butter into bottom of baking dish.
    Pour in mixture. Top with fruit and bake at 350\u00b0 until browned on top and bubbly.
