Raspberry Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    2/3 c. frozen unsweetened whole raspberries
    1/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 ice cubes
    2 to 3 drops almond extract
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender.
    Cover and turn to high speed.
    Blend for 45 seconds, or until creamy and smooth.
