Jambalaya (In Rice Cooker) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, smoked sausage or chicken (if using chicken, cook, then debone and cut up)
1 1/2 c. rice
1 onion, chopped fine
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 pods garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp. Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
2 c. beef consomme (soup)
1 stick oleo (if using sausage, use only 1/2 stick)
Preparation

Spray cooker with Pam.
Wash rice.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into rice cooker.
Lay oleo on top.
Cook until cooker goes off.
