Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    cracker or bread crumbs, mixed with 4 Tbsp. margarine for top (optional)
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine until tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in flour and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat until mixture is bubbly, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.
    Stir in corn and eggs.
    Pour in ungreased casserole.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
