Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pieces cut up chicken
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water (or 1/2 water and 1/2 white wine)
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix rice, soups and liquid.
    Pour into oblong Pyrex baking dish.
    Set chicken on top, skin side up.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
