Oven Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
2 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/2 c. butter, melted (may substitute margarine)
Preparation

Combine crumbs, cheese, parsley and oregano.
Brush chicken with butter.
Roll in crumb mixture.
Place skin side up in an ungreased shallow baking pan.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until tender, 50 to 60 minutes.
Do not turn. Serves 8.
