Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mince salmon and remove bones.
    Add bread crumbs and beaten eggs and mix with milk; season with lemon juice and salt.
    Pour into well-greased mold or loaf pan and steam or bake for 30 minutes at about 350\u00b0.
