Hamburger Hot Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
6 medium potatoes
3 medium onions
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
parsley
catsup
Preparation

Heat large skillet to very hot.
Add ground beef and brown. Pour off any fat.
Reduce heat.
Add garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Peel and slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices.
Slice onion into rings.
In 2 1/2-quart casserole, place 1/2 the potatoes, 1/2 the onion rings, then meat mixture, top with rest of potatoes and onions.
Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
Pour soup directly from can over all.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are done.
Garnish with parsley and serve with catsup.
