Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar, water and then the flour, salt and baking powder sifted together.
Pour mixture onto shallow sheet pan.
Bake in hot oven.
Spread on jelly and roll while warm.
