Buttermilk Pecan Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add buttermilk and mix well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir in margarine. Pour 3/4 cup butter on hot iron.
    Sprinkle with pecans.
    Makes 7 (8 inch) waffles.
