Ingredients

6 small boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. crumbled dried rosemary
ground pepper
3 c. bran flakes cereal
6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine in small bowl mustard, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary and pepper.
Coat chicken in mustard mix. Crush bran flakes.
Add cheese.
In large (1-gallon) sealable bag, add mustard coated chicken, one piece at a time.
Shake to coat.
