Italian Picnic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken drummettes
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Pierce chicken pieces on all sides with fork.
    Place in a snug fitting bowl.
    Combine olive oil, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper in small bowl; mix well.
    Pour over chicken, turning each piece to coat well.
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally.
