Health Bread Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. white or whole wheat flour
    6 c. warm water
    2 pkg. quick yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Sift flour into large bowl.
    Add salt, water and yeast.
    Stir until flour is thoroughly mixed.
    If dough seems too thick, add more water.
    Turn out dough on floured board and knead, adding more flour, if necessary.
    When dough becomes rubbery and doesn't stick to hands and board too easily, put back into bowl and brush with oil.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Work down and let rise again.
    It is now ready to make into rolls, bread or cinnamon rolls.
    Makes about 4 large loaves.
