Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. grated green pepper
Preparation

Have cream cheese at room temperature.
Drain pineapple and blot all liquid out of pineapple, onion and green pepper.
Cream all ingredients and shape into ball.
Cover with parsley leaves or nuts.
