Hamburger Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
3 long unsalted crackers
1/2 c. small onion, chopped
1/2 c. 2% milk
Preparation

Wet the crackers with milk, add the onion, crumble the hamburger into the crackers.
Mix and shape into 4 hamburger steaks.
Put into skillet that has been greased.
Cover and cook on low temperature.
Turn several times.
Cook long enough that water comes out of them.
Drain.
Add packet of beef broth to one cup of water.
Stir well and pour over steaks in skillet.
Cook until steaks are brown and the broth is cooked down.
Steaks are ready to serve.
