Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped fine
    3 slices bread, soaked in hot water
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan (shaker box)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Mash saturated bread to make paste.
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Blend well.
    Make into 1 1/2 to 2-inch balls.
    Put on deep cookie sheet with sides touching.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and cooked through.
    Remove to paper towels or brown paper to drain and cool.
    Store in closed container until ready to use. When ready to use, just heat in spaghetti sauce or moisten in oven.
