Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    2 tomatoes (do not refrigerate for best flavor), chunked up
    2 heaping tsp. garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    about 2 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. or more Parmesan
    oregano to taste
    white cheese of choice
Preparation
    Slice and butter French bread. Brown/toast bread in oven. Slice tomatoes; drizzle olive oil over tomatoes. Mix in garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and Parmesan. Slice white cheese and lay slice on toasted French bread. Cover top of bread/cheese with tomato mixture. Return to oven and melt cheese. Serve warm if possible; works as an appetizer or main dish.
