Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
