River City Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef
    1 lb. lean pork
    1 tsp. garlic
    salt to taste
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 or 2 dried red peppers
Preparation
    Brown meat; pour off excess grease.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Let boil for 15 minutes, then simmer for 2 hours with lid on.
    Add water to thickness desired.
