Pineapple Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream
    3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. drained pineapple
    3 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring to boil cream, sugar and butter. Add drained pineapple; cook to soft ball stage (238\u00b0), stirring to prevent burning. Cool to lukewarm and add lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Pour in buttered pan.
