Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. hamburger (not too lean)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 oz. chili powder
1/2 scant tsp. cumin seed
2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
2 (No. 2) cans chili beans (Mexican style)
Preparation

Fry hamburger in pressure cooker just until it isn't pink. Add onion, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin seeds, tomatoes and about 1 cup water.
Bring up pressure and cook 20 minutes.
Cool. Then add beans.
Keep in refrigerator one day before putting in containers to freeze.
