Almond Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. whole almonds
    1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
    4 green onions, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 c. fresh mushroom slices
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. chopped fresh ginger
    1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet or wok.
    Add almonds; stir until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.
    Cut beans into 1-inch pieces. Add beans, onions and mushrooms to almonds in skillet.
    Saute until beans are just tender.
