Ingredients

1 1/2 c. fresh grapefruit chunks
1/2 c. fresh grapefruit juice
1/3 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) can whole sweet potatoes
12 cooked prunes
Preparation

Drain sweet potatoes; arrange in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Top with prunes and grapefruit.
Combine juice, honey, salt and cinnamon or nutmeg.
Pour over potatoes and fruit.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
