Dairy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream soup (mushroom, celery or chicken)
    1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/4 c. melted butter
    paprika
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, stir together thawed potatoes, salt, pepper, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
    Top with cornflake crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika for added color.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
