Fettucini And Brie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. fettucini or linguine
10 oz. Brie cheese, skin removed
1 lb. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. fresh chopped basil
sprinkle of Romano or Parmesan cheese
fresh ground black pepper
Preparation

Boil macaroni al dente (a little hard).
While boiling, soften Brie and mix until smooth.
Add oil and basil and mix.
Strain macaroni, place on serving platter and lavishly pour Brie mixture over top; toss.
Add cherry tomatoes sprinkled with grated cheese and pepper to taste.
Serve with salad and garlic sticks.
